Lily (A43722281)
Meet Lily. She is 9 1/2 years old, spayed, up to date on shots, litter box trained and a pretty laid back girl.
She was part of our seniors for seniors program that we were trying to establish a few years ago. The senior living places we contacted were not as excited about it as we had hoped, but we did manage to put two kitties with one lady. One of the cats has since passed away from diabetes complications, but the other one, Lily, now needs a new home.
The lady that has her now has fallen and injured herself, and will be in rehab for at least seven weeks. This also happened last year, and our president cared for her in the lady’s apartment everyday, until she was able to return home, and all went back to normal.
But Lily’s human says now, she can see that this is happening more and more often, and she asked me to find another place for Lily, before we have no notice and she has to go into assisted living or the hospital.
If anyone can provide this sweet girl with a forever home or can just foster her for now, she comes with some canned and dry food, bowls, and some litter, to start with. We will waive the adoption fee for the right home.
She loves petting, some lap time, and her Fancy Feast turkey canned food once a day! 😻
